RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewelry to email@example.com to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee's for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable and are already included in your order when checking out.
If you decide to place a new order, the cost of shipping will not be included and will have to be paid again.
All customers are responsible for all duties and taxes related to their return.
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post.
Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
If you desire to exchange a Product, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to do so.
The following conditions should be taken into consideration:
Markdowns: Products purchased while on discount (other than with a Promotion) or on Seasonal Sale markdowns are not eligible for exchanges or a refund.
Cancellations are only applicable when the order has not been fullfield. To request a cancellation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
The Company will refund the corresponding amount (except for taxes and shipping fees) within the period of 15 days from the date the return, exchange or cancellation was reported. The refund will take place through the same method of payment originally used. However, we may retain the refund until the Products have been received, or until you present evidence of return of the Products, whichever becomes true first.
